Your circumstances do not define you and I’m ready to meet you where you’re at. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating a tough life transition, or simply need a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, you deserve to feel heard, and I’m here to listen without judgement and without pretense. I’ll be honest with you, even when it might be challenging. My goal is to help you identify your strengths to develop your confidence, explore your chosen areas for growth, and gain clarity around what is within your control in the present moment. We will work together to figure out coping strategies that fit your unique lifestyle, and I’ll support you in creating a therapeutic environment where you feel safe putting in the work to make positive changes in your life, little by little. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. Currently, I’m a school social worker, helping teenagers with emotional and/or learning disabilities. Previously I’ve worked with at-risk youth and families facing serious life challenges. I’ve seen the tough stuff people go through and I’m committed to being both compassionate and direct while helping you make sense of it all. I regularly work with special education, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, decision-making, distress tolerance, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, setting boundaries, trauma, and navigating peer and family relationships. Everyone has a story, and it would be a privilege to hear yours.
